Through a private facebook group, you will take part in a 7 day coaching program, where Miranda and Gus will guide you in embracing three key pieces to creating radiant health: increasing your veggie intake, increasing your water intake and reducing stress.
Like the pieces of a puzzle, these elements fit together to provide a truly holistic reset for body and mind.
We’ll provide you with:
- Guidance for integrating nutrient dense food for seven days, namely increasing your veggie intake significantly. Education that helps you understand why what you’re doing has such an impact on the way your body works and thrives.
- Mindset and meditation daily daily movement and yoga daily
- All the details you need for prep, including a video introduction and a program ebook
- At the end of the live dates, a Live Q&A at the close of the weeks reset.
Across the 7 days, you will receive:
- Program ebook outlining the details of the Radiance Reset and helping you prep and stock your fridge, so you’re prepared for the 7 days
- Some recipe inspiration
- 5x 10-15 minute meditation and intention setting/mindset sessions, delivered as videos
- 5x 20-30 minute stretch and relaxation yoga sessions, delivered as videos
- 5x nutrition and ‘how the body works’ education videos (think gut, liver/detox etc)
