I have been passionate about nutrition since my early twenties. Having suffered with my own digestive issues and an eating disorder for many years I trained to become a Health Coach with the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN) during the pregnancy of my second daughter, primarily to learn how to heal myself. I now share the knowledge that I have gained and the tools that I know to work with those also needing to find a better relationship and freedom with food. 

Once I saw food as calories.
Now I see food as nourishment.
This shift of perspective is freedom.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to diet (by diet I mean style of eating. NEVER EVER GO ON A DIET, read my blog here about what I think of diets).
I have been vegetarian since my teens and it’s a way of eating that sits right for me (you can read my blog how to be a healthy vegan here).
As a health coach I have no judgement around people who choose to eat meat and it can form part of a healthy diet.

When I coach clients I look to create a bespoke programme which meets their unique needs. 

That said … nutrition is more straight forward than can sometimes appear to be the case.

Generally speaking I advocate my clients to;
eat more plants and less meat, drink more water, reduce sugar, gluten and dairy, move more often, prioritise rest & relaxation and experiment with intermittent fasting.
