my motivation 

I gave intermittent fasting a try because I suffered from severe gut inflammation aka I looked pregnant all the time. 

I ate well, I exercised, I was slim - but no matter how many ab exercises I did I couldn't get a flat belly.
I saw gastroenterologists, nutritionists, kinesiologists, and healers. I had colonic irrigations, went on juice fasts, and tried probiotics.
In short, I tried A LOT OF different things.
Nothing worked.
I got to the point where I thought I would never find a solution.

But then I tried intermittent fasting, and by giving my gut a rest from eating for an extended period of time, the inflammation lowered and my belly deflated. 

And so happy days, I no longer look pregnant when I'm not! 

And it's not only me that intermittent fasting has worked for.
